Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, have officially released the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN No. 05/2026) for recruitment to various posts in Paramedical Categories. Online applications are invited for 560 tentative vacancies across various zonal railways and RRBs for roles including Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Radiographer, Laboratory Assistant, ECG Technician, Health & Malaria Inspector, Dialysis Technician, and other paramedical positions in Pay Level 3 to Pay Level 7.
Eligible candidates with relevant professional qualifications (Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab Technology, etc.) can submit their application form on the official RRB portal (rrbapply.gov.in) from 15 September 2026 to 14 October 2026.

Application Fee & Refund Details
- General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹500/- (₹400/- refunded after appearing in CBT)
- SC / ST / ExSM / PwBD / Female / Transgender / Minorities / EBC: ₹250/- (Full ₹250/- refunded after appearing in CBT)
- Payment Mode: Online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2027)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: Up to 40 Years (Varies post-to-post)
- Age relaxation applies for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, ExSM, and other reserved categories as per Government rules.

CBT Exam Pattern
- Subjects Covered: Professional Ability (Domain Specific), General Awareness, General Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Science.
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd (0.33) marks deducted for every incorrect response.

Visit the unified railway recruitment portal at rrbapply.gov.in and click on Create an Account. Complete initial registration using an active mobile number and personal email ID.
2.Log In & Fill Details:
Log in with generated credentials and fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, and professional registrations.
3.Select Preferences:
Choose your preferred Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Railway Zones, and post choices in order of preference.
4.Upload Photo, Signature & Bank Details:
Capture a live photo, upload a scanned signature, and enter correct bank account details to ensure smooth receipt of the fee refund after CBT.
5.Pay Fee & Submit:
Pay the examination fee online, review your application, and submit before 14 October 2026. Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
