Educational Qualifications

Candidates must satisfy the following conditions:

1. Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in:
   • Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing & Preservation / Food Biotechnology / Food Safety & Quality Management
   • Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science / Engineering
   • Veterinary Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Medicine
   • OR Medical Degrees: MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, or Bachelor of Sowa Rigpa Medicine & Surgery (BSRMS).
2. Language Requirement: Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation (Class 10th) or Hindi in Higher Education.
3. Training Requirement: Must successfully complete the mandatory training specified by the Food Authority post-appointment.
