The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), in coordination with the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Madhya Pradesh, has released the official rulebook and notification for the Subedar and Sub-Inspector Cadre Recruitment Test 2026. A total of 507 vacancies have been announced across technical and non-technical cadres.
The online application process opens on 09 September 2026 and candidates can submit their applications until 23 September 2026 through the official portal. The written examination is scheduled to commence on 28 October 2026.

Subedar / SI (DEF) / SI (SAF): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.
SI (Arms / Ordnance): 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical institution.
SI (Photo / Q.D. / Finger Print): Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized University.
